We may require additional verification or identification for large, high-value, or flagged orders. Accounts exhibiting patterns of abuse may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned from future transactions.


WellerMart also reserves the right to limit purchase quantities per person, per household, or per order, and to restrict or refuse sales to resellers or suspected commercial entities.


If your order is declined or canceled, you will be notified and promptly refunded in full.

Due to the natural characteristics of shellac and other materials, variations in appearance, consistency, performance, and shelf life may occur depending on factors such as storage conditions, humidity, temperature, age, and handling.


WellerMart does not guarantee specific results, and we shall not be held liable for any issues arising from misuse, misapplication, improper storage, or any modifications made to the product after purchase. 9. Signature Confirmation

To help ensure safe and secure delivery, WellerMart reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for select orders—particularly those involving high value, prior theft or fraud concerns, or delivery addresses with a history of disputes or non-receipt claims.


Signature confirmation is provided at no additional cost to the customer. This protective measure helps prevent package loss, fraud, and chargebacks, allowing us to keep prices fair and maintain the integrity of our platform for all customers.


10. Platform Access Revocation
WellerMart reserves the right to revoke access to its website, platform, or services at any time, with or without notice, for users who:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions 
  • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks 
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward staff or support 
  • Circumvent bans, detection systems, or abuse protection
     

This includes blocking access by IP address, account termination, or cancellation of pending orders. We are under no obligation to provide service to any individual who violates our rules or abuses the platform.


Access to WellerMart.com is a privilege—not a right—and continued use is contingent upon adherence to all applicable terms and policies.


11.  Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration 

By accessing WellerMart.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, our products, services, transactions, or communications with WellerMart—whether arising in the past, present, or future—shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, not through court litigation. 


11.1. Arbitration Venue & Rules

All arbitration shall be conducted in Latah County, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration process will remain confidential, and the arbitrator’s award will be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. 


11.2. Waiver of Jury Trial & Class Actions 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:

  • Waive any right to a lawsuit or trial by jury 
  • Waive participation in any class action, mass action, collective action, or representative proceeding
     

All claims must be brought solely on an individual basis.


11.3. Covered Disputes

This arbitration requirement applies to all disputes and claims, including but not limited to:

  • Product purchases, order fulfillment, and shipping 
  • Return, refund, and chargeback requests 
  • Account actions or access limitations 
  • Data practices or communications with WellerMart 
  • Any alleged violation of these Terms


11.4. Condition of Use

This arbitration clause is a mandatory condition of accessing WellerMart.com or purchasing any products or services. If you do not agree to arbitration, you are not authorized to use our website or complete transactions. 


11.5.  Frivolous Claims

WellerMart reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs, including attorney fees and arbitration expenses, if a claim is determined to be frivolous, malicious, or brought in bad faith.


12. Legal Disclaimers:

All WellerMart products are sold as-is, without any express or implied warranties unless specifically stated. While we aim for accuracy in our descriptions and quality control, WellerMart is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products.

Buyers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of products for their intended use.


13. Chargeback Abuse Policy:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting WellerMart customer support constitutes a violation of these Terms. Customers are expected to resolve order concerns in good faith through direct communication with us.


We reserve the right to challenge any unjustified chargebacks and to submit supporting documentation to payment processors to prevent abuse. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be reported to relevant payment networks, fraud prevention systems, and law enforcement authorities when applicable.


Accounts associated with chargeback abuse may be permanently banned, orders canceled, and future purchases refused. We take the integrity of our business seriously to protect our customers, maintain low prices, and prevent disruption by 

bad actors.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At WellerMart, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy for more information.

Returns

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, such as custom orders or special items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@wellermart.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at service@wellermart.com or call 208-668-7012.

Shipping

Return Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Time:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom orders
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards


Rejected or Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the condition of the returned item. 


Abuse of Return Policy
WellerMart reserves the right to deny refunds or future service to customers who abuse the return process, submit excessive return requests, or engage in behavior deemed fraudulent or in bad faith.

Shipping Restrictions

Damaged or Lost Packages


Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at service@wellermart.com or call 208-668-7012. Please include your order number and a description of the damage. We may request photos of the damaged package for verification.


Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier immediately. While we will assist in filing a claim, WellerMart is not liable for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier or marked as delivered. .
